The Fenner Drives® 1” composite pillow block bearing offers the same bearing capabilities as a metal pillow block, but with the added advantages of a composite housing.
Its construction incorporates 33% glass-reinforced nylon, making it a drop-in replacement for cast iron. It's 60% lighter than cast iron and comes with a grease fitting and a patent-pending metal bearing sleeve.
In addition, it's corrosion-resistant and significantly reduces vibration compared to its metal counterparts. You'll appreciate the consistency of bearing movement within the housing, allowing for easy shaft alignment during installation.
The pillow block bearing includes a 1” shaft, a 3,145lb basic dynamic load rating, and a 1,750lb static load rating.
