The Dosatron D128R is the medicator pump that started it all. For over 25 years, the D128R has been the workhorse on farms across the country. Known for its quality, rugged design, and reliable service, the D128R medicator features 3 adjustable injection settings. The preset dilution rate is 1:128, but can be changed to 1:100 or 1:200.
Because versatility is important, the Dosatron D128R is suited for a 0.09 to 7 GPM flow rate, and can operate under 7 to 70 PSI.
The pump is water-powered, meaning it’s ideal for situations where available electricity is limited or unreliable. It also means you never have to worry about power outages or surges — the D128R will continue to deliver as long as water is supplied.
