PLT® poultry litter treatment is a proven effective and low toxicity solution to lower chicken manure pH and ammonia generation. PLT® creates a beneficial environment in the poultry house by controlling ammonia released from the litter, and is the only litter amendment that is classified as non-hazardous and non-corrosive.
Simply apply the litter treatment to begin capturing ammonia, lowering the potential for poultry house accidents including explosions, fires, and releases to the environment. Plus, By immediately binding ammonia, PLT® decreases ventilation needs, which reduces fuel costs.
